After each game, the coach enters the performance data for his players. Who played? Who scored? and so on for each category. Over time, you create an extensive team and personal statistics database, completely automatically.
Twice a month, the coach receives SPOCs for each registered record of a player. After a certain time the SPOCs add up and can be exchanged for something physical for the team. This is a little extra motivation.
